How West Thames College came to implement personalised Sanitiser Stations

West Thames College is a Higher and Further Education College in London with  two campuses. One based in the London Borough of Hounslow in West London and the other based in Isleworth, Feltham. Their 6,500 students' safety and hygiene are their highest priority.

West Thames College contacted Woodnet Lifestyles when they heard the Government announcement regarding reopening. To ensure they followed procedures, they required an automatic, hands-free sanitising station.

After their initial contact, there was an ongoing discussion surrounding design and style. In this process a new product was created; our SaniBasic Plus. With colleges opening up quickly, we had a very tight turnaround with less than 10 days to design, produce and deliver their products.

This was the biggest challenge so far. However, Woodnet Lifestyles aimed high and developed a design, produced and delivered their items in just seven days. West Thames College were impressed by the turnaround and later ordered 15 more units. They visualised a unit with their logo and brand colours which was exactly what was delivered. We pride ourselves on our company being flexible and accommodating to specific customer requirements.

Our SaniPro Stations are helping to provide better hygiene to people in these ever demanding and challenging conditions we face. In Colleges, the aim is to create the safest possible environment. One of the key aspects to welcoming students and staff back to the College has been through the implementation of our Sani Stations. They are positioned in key places such as entrances, exits, hallways and canteens.

Not only are our Sanitiser Stations available for personalisation to ensure they fit in your workplace, they are also versatile, light and portable. They are hassle free.

This product is not just for now, it is for the future too. We should all take our hygiene more seriously, regardless of what is going on around us.

Michael Michaelides, Executive Director of Resources and Student Experience of West Thames College said: “I was more than satisfied with the service from Mox and Ash, from the initial contact to the product itself. I would recommend their products and the company to anyone.”
